1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "77jil," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating under PAGCOR license, providing casino gaming, sports betting, and related entertainment services to users in the Philippines.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses 77jil services, including but not limited to gameplay, account management, deposits, and withdrawals.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a user upon successful registration with 77jil, through which all transactions, gameplay, and communications are conducted.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products, features, and functionalities offered by 77jil, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, bingo rooms, payment processing, customer support, and promotional offerings.
• "Website" refers to https://77jil.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital platforms through which 77jil services are accessed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines under whose license 77jil operates.
• "Bonus" includes all promotional offerings, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, tournament prizes, and other incentives provided by 77jil to users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by users into their 77jil accounts through approved payment methods, available for wagering on games and withdrawal upon request, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 77jil, accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, or using any aspect of our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand all provisions contained herein.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all future amendments and modifications published on our website.
3. You have also read and agree to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary terms governing specific services or promotions.
4. You are aware that 77jil reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice, and continued use of services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
5. These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 77jil regarding use of our services.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not create an account, access our website, or use our services. Continued use of 77jil services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as modified from time to time.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register for and use 77jil services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law governing casino-style gambling operations under PAGCOR jurisdiction.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines when accessing 77jil services, as our PAGCOR license restricts operations to Philippine territory.
• You must not be subject to any legal disabilities, mental incapacity, or other conditions that would impair your ability to understand and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, nor located in any excluded territory specified by 77jil from time to time.

3.2 Account Creation Requirements

When registering for a 77jil account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification documents.
• Valid date of birth confirming you meet minimum age requirements.
• Current residential address in the Philippines where you can receive correspondence.
• Valid email address under your control for account communications.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name for security verification purposes.
• Such other information as 77jil may require to verify your identity, comply with regulatory obligations, or prevent fraud and money laundering.

You further agree that:

1. You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any changes to your contact details, residential address, or other material information.
2. You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your username, password, or account access with any third party.
3. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether authorized by you.
4. You will immediately notify 77jil of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
5. You will not create multiple accounts or attempt to circumvent account restrictions through creation of duplicate accounts in different names.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active 77jil account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, false identities, or other persons' information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If 77jil identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual through IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method overlap, or other investigative methods, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately without prior notice.
• Void all bets, winnings, and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate funds in duplicate accounts as liquidated damages.
• Retain deposits in the original account but void subsequent duplicate account activity.
• Ban your IP address, device identifiers, and payment methods from future 77jil registration.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods and Procedures

77jil accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits:

• GCash e-wallet transfers (minimum ₱100, maximum ₱50,000 per transaction)
• PayMaya e-wallet transfers (minimum ₱100, maximum ₱50,000 per transaction)
• Bank transfers to designated BPI, BDO, or Metrobank accounts (minimum ₱500, maximum ₱500,000 per transaction)
• Credit and debit card payments via secure payment gateway (minimum ₱500, maximum ₱100,000 per transaction)

By making a deposit to your 77jil account, you represent and warrant that:

1. The deposited funds originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally.
2. You are not using 77jil services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal purposes.
3. The payment method used is registered in your own name and you are authorized to use it for online gaming transactions.
4. You understand that deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, except where required by law or at 77jil's sole discretion.
5. You are aware that 77jil may apply deposit limits based on your account history, verification status, or regulatory requirements.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

Users may request withdrawal of available account balances subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: ₱500,000 per transaction, ₱2,000,000 per month for standard accounts.
• VIP accounts may have higher withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP program terms.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, or to a verified alternative method at 77jil's discretion.
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification through submission of government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5-10 minutes during business hours; bank transfers within 24-48 hours.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your 77jil account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings. Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms:

• Deposit bonuses require wagering of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Free spins winnings require wagering of 40x the total winnings before withdrawal.
• Cashback bonuses require wagering of 15x the cashback amount before withdrawal.
• Only real money wagers count toward wagering requirements; bonus funds do not contribute.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots 100%, table games 10%, live dealer 10%, sports betting varies by market.
• Maximum bet during bonus wagering: ₱100 per spin/hand; exceeding this limit voids the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after crediting if wagering requirements are not met within that timeframe.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Obligations

All users of 77jil services agree to engage in fair, honest gameplay in accordance with the following principles:

• You will not use any automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• You will not collude with other players to gain unfair advantages, including chip dumping, information sharing in poker games, or coordinated betting patterns.
• You will not exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• You will not engage in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, using deposit and withdrawal patterns designed solely to unlock bonuses without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional structures.
• You will not use VPN, proxy servers, or other IP masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or hide your true location.

Violation of fair play principles may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of bonuses, account closure, and retention of deposited funds as liquidated damages. 77jil reserves the right to report serious violations to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

5.2 Game Outcomes and Disputes

All games offered by 77jil use Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are final and binding upon completion. If you believe a game malfunction or error has occurred:

1. Contact 77jil customer support immediately via live chat or email with detailed information about the disputed transaction.
2. Provide your username, game name, date and time of the incident, and description of the alleged error.
3. Refrain from continuing gameplay on the affected game until the dispute is resolved.
4. Cooperate fully with 77jil's investigation, including providing screenshots or other evidence upon request.

77jil will investigate all legitimate dispute claims and provide a response within 72 hours. If a genuine malfunction is confirmed, we will correct the error by crediting or debiting your account as appropriate. In the event of server disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, 77jil will restore your position and balance to the state immediately prior to the error where feasible, or void the affected wager and refund your stake if restoration is not possible.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension by 77jil

77jil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abusing bonuses, exploiting glitches, or otherwise acting in bad faith.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account.
• Chargebacks or disputed deposits through your payment provider.
• Harassment of 77jil staff or other users.
• Failure to respond to identity verification requests.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 months.

Upon account suspension, your access to 77jil services will be immediately restricted pending investigation. Upon account termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees, fraudulent winnings, and bonus funds, unless retention is required by law or justified as liquidated damages for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 77jil account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting voluntary closure. Before processing your closure request:

• Withdraw any remaining balance from your account or authorize 77jil to process the final withdrawal.
• Complete all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses or forfeit the associated funds.
• Resolve any ongoing disputes or investigations related to your account.
• Understand that account closure is permanent and you will not be permitted to reopen the same account or create new accounts in the future without 77jil's express written consent.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the 77jil website and through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilations thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 77jil or our content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 77jil services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any Content without 77jil's express written permission.
• Use any automated system to access, scrape, or download Content from our website.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to provide 77jil services.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Content.
• Use 77jil trademarks, service marks, or logos without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77jil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or information.
• Interruption of service or website downtime.
• Errors, bugs, or glitches in software or games.
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties.
• Disputes with other users or third-party service providers.

77jil's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of 77jil services shall be resolved as follows:

1. Good faith negotiations between you and 77jil customer support.
2. Escalation to PAGCOR for mediation if direct resolution is not achieved.
3. Binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center if mediation fails.
4. Litigation in the appropriate courts of Manila, Philippines as a last resort.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 77jil. All disputes must be brought individually.
